Our current contract company is now departing
Is this normal? It's always the same guards with different uniforms same cr-p so I don't see any disruption

Maybe someday there will be robot security.
And what if the existing company was bought by the new company? Same guards, new company uniform.
This company would outsource the security to WNS or Concentrix if they could. It is all about save save save over quality. This company cares nothing about safety or well being if the employees that they themselves have said are a financial liability. A loss of any of us even in a horrible way would be a green mark in their ledger and another few bucks in Wilson's bank account.
They're just chasing the lowest bid. They don't really care about your safety, it's just checking a box to protect them from liability. "Security theater", like the TSA
