Mike Johnson said people collecting Unemployment, Social Security, Food Stamps, Medicare and Medicaid have been live off the American peoples back. Working on ending it now immediately not down the road. Of course the tax money is still collected, but for these programs it will be a new Tribute to the Rich! How we should be so blessed to have Rich people who want us all to drop dead and we should pay them to be even more Richer.Rich people are the greediest people on earth their mantra is you ain't taking mine I got mine and will take yours too! Ain't nothing you can do about it.

The unemployment rate is 3.8%. It is definitely an employee market right now.

What is the purpose of a d-mb statement like this? Don’t be a douche

Layoffs are not to be taken lightly. It is not an employee market right now. Between a questionable economy and many other factors, employers are not ramping up. They are pulling back. While many companies are laying off, the outcome is people flooding the job market all at the same time from similar roles.

Some I know found a new job in 3-4 months, while some are closer to a year. These are proven performers with years of experience and MBAs.

No matter the outcome or length of time, the process is soul su-king and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

Anyone effected anywhere, I wish you luck and best advice is don’t give up, keep positive, and network like crazy. I have read 15% of hires get the job from online applications while 35% get hired from employee referrals. My experience was even worse. Out of work for 15 weeks. 130 applications. Four companies reached out. One of those was an employee referral. Went to the final interview rounds with all four and ended up with two offers. One of those offers was the employee referral.
