What did the Ascension executives get?
I left and got a 45% raise so follow the money they’re a joke
10% in the right industry plus quarterly bonus.
We got 2% at my company after HR told management to “d-mb down” our reviews so we all fit in the middle category to keep costs down.
Ever notice how Ascension executives tend to -- cough, cough -- "merit" more than anybody else on the staff?
4% is not bad for Ascension
My company (telecom) only gave us 1% even with high inflation. I'll take the 4%.
