Need a banker and a people person at the helm, not an accountant that views the bank's talent as an unacceptable cost, leadership comes from the ability to grow the bank's relationships, not try and cut costs, employees to the point where the bank is an entity nobody wants to do business with,
In my opinion, most of U.S. Banks regulatory problems are self inflicted, lack of banking talent.
