Hey guys writing a very long research paper on DXC and I'm trying to understand more of the history of its predecessors. My main question is when did CSC get into IT infrastructure & outsourcing? My understanding is it was originally a software company and this seems to have been true all the way into the 90's when CSC acquired continuum. I'm also curious about what the software side of EDS and HP Services looked like. What was the mix of IT outsourcing/infrastructure vs software? Appreciate any help and discussion on the topic.

Early 90's before you saw "modern" ITO.... before that it was all about selling time slices on mainframes....like everyone else.
