I used to try and save these dirt bags from themselves but now I don't. I agree with all their bad ideas and rubber stamp all of their bad ideas - then I get glee when the inevitable bad result happens by implementing their idea. The funny part is, they have all complemented me on how much of a team player I am. I smile and nod my head but in my brain I'm thinking, yep! I do it all for you, you stvpid clown!

My division has record scrap. We have a big account walking around trying to figure out where parts are. We learned how to build a whole bunch of parts now. Unfortunately for us we haven’t figured out how to build anything good.
I think we’re at the 75% to 80% scrap and rework. You know get promoted by how many parts you push. The Shell game is running out. We can’t produce enough parts to make it up for what we’re throwing out. Yet! These clowns are getting promoted.
I can’t believe it. I can’t believe it. There’s no way they can pull a contract from us. We got 95% on the market. No one else can build this precise of a product.

When I’m at work, I play Circus music all day. When Halloween comes around in a dress up as clowns. I think they should be wearing this make up all the time.
Honeywell corporate tells them how well they’re the divisions doing. It’s all in the red. Yet! They can’t believe it. If this was a wonderful life, we wouldn’t have a happy ending.
Instead of I wanna live, I wanna live. These clowns would be saying I want to get promoted and run the company into the ground.

You are 100% correct. Their goals are all the same - sacrifice the business for their own personal gain. Once you mix in personal gain into business, what you get are people making decisions for THEM, and not for the business. This is HON ALT to a "T".
You should absolutely nod your head to whatever they say. If you don’t? You’ll be marked for removal. They’ll (your leaders) will 100% make your life a living he-l until they can work out with HR how to get rid of you. It’s hard to do for people that have a work ethic and know their trade because the leadership at Honeywell is driving the bus right off the cliff- no question about it. It’s natural to try and stop a disaster you can see coming from a mile away. But leadership here doesn’t want ANY pushback. They want an army of sycophants and bobble heads to feed their inflated various egos that they all have.
Yea at this point I couldn't care less about staying here or getting another job after honeyhell. I get so much satisfaction watching these brainless losers ruin their own business that it's all worth it.
