Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

The frontline retail Managers, RAM'S, and reps are being treated horribly. With Corporate math you get to do the work of 3 people for the same pay and be held accountable when you can't fit it all in. Also, as a bonus they will throw some pizza or company swag your way instead of money. Until everyone unites don't expect it to get better. My thoughts are with the RAM'S as Q1 they will be asked to step-down or be laid off.

Where have you seen that RAMs are going to be asked to step down or let go? I honestly don't understand how this company can keep squeezing the frontlines like a grape hoping to get the remaining juice out. The stores are beat up enough.
