Lumen shuts down all of its fixed wireless. Never sold it to 1 customer. Took the CAF money for it.

Funds cannot be kept is right.
The new RDOF is more strict than the CAF.
It seems that every deal they make with the feds ends up costing them more in the long run, since working with government is like working with your friend 286 computer.

Feds also fines Lumen for not finishing the project.
No surprise. Always looking for a shortcut and a get rich quick scheme instead of buy once, cry once.
Only the government is d-mb enough to buy this.
