Any news on the one time RSUs compensation coming later this year?

I've heard of off-cycle RSUs granted. Just think of them as a second batch of RSUs for the year. If you notice, every manager has some level of sign-off authority. The higher up the manager, the bigger the RSU they can grant without oversight. These are not tracked like the 0 dollar GRA/DRA awards that management claims are the incredible recognitions for your "above and beyond" contributions and sacrifices.
Does nobody read the emails or circuit. Grant will be in December.
