Higher production requirements and lower pay than most other carriers. And as stated before, they literally put you in a position to lowball customers at every turn. This leads to even more work (supplements) which adds 2 more claims per day to your daily requirement of 4. We handle property virtually which is a nightmare for claim reps and customers so be prepared to get yelled at and overworked day in and day out. To end on a positive note the PTO is great!

In all seriousness - this is not a company you want to join at this time. Other insurers are hiring. For instance, try Progressive. They pay better, too. And there’s a bonus.

Welcome aboard! One piece of advice, don’t listen or believe the cr-p that id--ts post on this site. 90% of it is made up by low performing clowns. Just put in an honest day’s work and you’ll be fine.

It will be more profitable and less stress inducing to your long-term health to apply for the Assistant to the Manager training program at your local fast food establishment. I wouldn't recommend an Adjuster job to ex-convicts desperate for employment to meet their parole requirements.

Unless you want to be forced to lowball and criminally cheat claimants of their claims settlements and have you positioned threatened and bullied if you do not comply I would not consider taking an adjuster role with this company. I left my adjuster position because I feared I would be criminally complicit in what the company was asking me to do in cheating on claims assessments.

DO NOT take any job with this company. This company is in free fall collapse and loses billions of dollars per quarter. You will find yourself looking for another job within a year or two when Claims and other operations are offshored and/or moved to 3rd party vendor services. Which is what is happening now and what is confirmed to become of all Claims functions within the next few years.

Your inability to think for yourself by having to ask others as well as read the site details means who will fit in perfect

Do not take a job here unless you are desperate! Rats are jumping ship. The company is falling apart.
