Ran a team during covid that was more productive during remote. We saved all that time wasted on forced idol worship, corn hole tournaments, and special events designed only to elevate mgrs egos. "OH thank you sooo much for making me play corn hole for 2 hours so I can make the time up and lose time w my family". Oh and the 2 o'clock "early outs" to sit on 4 hour byob teams social calls. Who would ever think drinking on teams, sponsored by mgmt would be a good idea? Pathetic.
A layoff is unlimited PTO. Hopefully those who have been seeking it will receive it.
What do you call unlimited PTO….drumroll please….a Remote employee…..we can not call them remote workers because no work is being performed remotely!
Well, sit there and do nothing at your desk. F Crown. This company is going down anyways. Go socialize or read a book. There is literally nothing you can personally do that will save this company. Or quit complaining and go find another job. None of us, remote, hybrid, field, or office, will be spared.
Yes! Get paid to do nothing…like the hybrid and remote workers.
