The sooner you realize how corrupt T-Mobile is now that the merger is done and John Legere is gone the better off you will be. 1. The majority, and yes I said MAJORITY of the front line workers in retail and care HATE this company because the company consistently shows that they couldn’t care less about the people who actually make this company successful 2. Employees haven’t received raises in forever and it shows. 3. New hires make the same lousy pay as employees who have been there for 11 years. 4. The record profits are only being shared with the executives who literally do absolutely nothing! 5. Mike Snakevert is the highest paid CEO in wireless and the retail and care employees are the least paid amoung the big 3. 6. The network is slowly going to trash and yet they are raising prices. 7. Prices will go up again once the employees finally say enough is enough and UNIONIZE which is going to happen soon. 10 stores in my state have already started the process and have been meeting with representatives from the CWA 8. Instead of lowering the pay of the executive teams which are highly inflated they instead continue to layoff more and more people. 9. store managers are now being tasked with the extra responsibility of the departments that recently got laid off and no increase in pay was given. And folks this is just a small piece of the disfunction and fu$&ery that’s taking place… An all out rebellion is coming and things will get much worse before they get better. Either way, MIKE SIEVERT MUST GO!

A union won't fix TMO - make an exit plan
Ohio is with you on this!! We had a ME get together (outside of work) obviously and we all agreed that the best option we have is to unionize. Things are getting so bad and they keep getting worse. All we hear is record quarter and record profits and when any of us have asked about raises management just complains that they aren’t getting raises either. So all this money is going to the id--ts at the top. T-Mobile is so fu---d up now! They can pretend all they want and make it look like we are one big happy family but I’m tired of this nightmare and I’m tired of making people rich who don’t give a damn about me. How long did it take for your teams to hear anything back from the CWA?
This post gave us so much hope because the 5 stores in our SMRA market thought we were the only ones. We have also started the early stages of unionization. Initially we reached out to the TU union and we didn’t hear anything back so contacted the CWA and that really set the ball in motion. I think we are all just fed up mainly with the below market average pay, lack of financial recognition for seniority, and the constant system issues that never seem to actually get fixed because the company won’t spend a dime on doing what’s needed to make things work reliably. Commissions are being cut left and right and even customer upgrades have become a burden because if it’s not a new activation or an add a line then management is not interested. We are required to pitch the most expensive plan to every customer regardless of if they have a need for it or not. it’s crazy. We started charging the bill payment fee and none of us in retail are seeing a single penny of that new income stream. Sometimes I just wanna cry when I think about how bad things have gotten. 7 years with T-Mobile and I don’t even know what we stand for anymore. The failed leadership from Sprint had slowly infected TMobile like cancer. Mike Seivert is nothing compared to John. John actually cared about the front line and made us a priority. Mike only cares about the shareholders, his bank account, and our inflated stock price. I’ve been looking for new jobs but I’m going to everything I can to ensure that the people who are still here when I leave have representation.
Sadly, an Amrican Rvolution is more likely these days due to our wicked gvernmnt.
Ah, one of the lovely members of the CWA. You want to talk about Pond Sc-m, it's the unions and their ilk.
There will be some kid wanting to take your job and be happy for the lousy pay as they still and will always live at home.
