Stock dropped 6.5% today following the AI Executive Forum in Redwood Shores - I guess you would be safe to say it wasn't that impressive. Here we go again getting into an arena filled with every 2 bit player on the globe - everybody is racing to get into the AI space, but having no clear strategy. What has Greg Pavlik and his team really demonstrated about getting into this space? I know what big O will do here and that is bring in a ton of high paid people from other companies, shaft the O employees who have been here for years and after the overwhelming competition in this space scatters the focus of how AI can really help our customers, we will be left with a gazillion dollars wasted because of no clear strategy...other than this is what everyone else is chasing... and then of course will come the price the O employees will have to pay, which is the front door.....

Most AI in O is used to keep re-editing you know who's Wikipedia page. 5 must be 4 and 4 must be 2 and that's the way it goes over and over.

AI is THE problem. The only thing that counts.
AI is a major investment. Current mid mgmt not make the cut. Hopefully strong positive leadership will replace them.
Well I guess I would agree that there is "artificial" intelligence and then "real" intelligence and so it is possible that our great leadership team would excel in the former and not the latter.

Oracle could also build a galatic spacecruiser and be the leader in space exploration visiting all 8 planets in our solar system before the year 2025.... just think how great that would be !! .... anything is possible for the great LE!!!
