SO much bad news. What is the mood, in liability claims, in casualty, in property, in underwriting, among producers? Does it feel like a morgue? Cuz I can’t believe anyone is upbeat right now…
Is there a rush for the doors?

Just wondering....What he** awaits us THIS week in claims?
Claims is busy like usual. No panic here.
As a producer exclusive agencies will not exist in a few years. This company does not understand that going full direct will not work as mismanaged and inept the company is. Wilson, Rizzo, Parsons and the rest have no clue what they are doing and are simply worthless people.
OP- why do you care. Go away
Last month we were invited to elite pow wow in Orlando and told us they messed us. It’s so bad they brought in mayhem actor to bail out Wilson abysmals performance. Too little too late
As a producer they have once again cut our commissions, tightened underwriting to make it harder to acquire, raise rates to lose our most loyal clients, and increased claims denials/pickiness that all collectively tarnishes the brand name and demoralizes employees. Those who face customers directly can't help from that showing those emotions.
There are other large insurance companies having similar profitability struggles but with good leadership that trickles down through management to rally the front lines. Those employees have hope aneith it can persevere...Allstate has an unfit CEO incapable of running a ro--h motel.
This company will cease to exist by the end of 2025. Bank on it.
