I've been hearing a mix of 'nothing until the new tear' as well as some stuff as early as next week, and a lot of moves going on where people need to find a home before year end (feels like musical chairs). Some talk that it might even impact director level this time around.

Reliable sources say the usual November timeframe for trimming and into Q1/Q2.
I have heard reliable chatter of the type: "no layoffs for the remainder of 2023".
However, it pertains mainly to COC and OCS.
The source was Mike O'Day's quarterly presentation.
However, my contacts in other groups tell me that they have been hearing something similar. It looks like things remain as they are until we get into the new year.
