I'm sorry but I'm not going to allow white privilege to determine where I work and what I do at work. RTO is clearly racist as the whites get paid more and can afford to live close to the office.

Yeah right…they’re having a hard enough time to get people in 3 days. 5 days a week in office is highly unrealistic and unnecessary.
My leadership team was preparing us for this over a year ago. Pretty sure they always planned for it. Just a matter of when to execute. As some have mentioned probably waiting for other large tech companies to follow suit.
