Not to mention in many states, your also looking at your property tax and homeowners insurance going up 30-60% in just a year, 8% home loans ... so with no pay raises, we are seeing how healthcare costs is just another thing we will struggle with.
In recent years the company went to great lengths before open enrollment to boast that they weren't raising Healthcare costs. Unfortunately what they actially did a couple times was that they offered less for the same price. But that's beside the point. This year, so far, crickets. No information, no communication about keeping costs the same as this year. That speaks volumes!
Lots of useless corporate communication everyday, but nothing worthwhile.
I can hear it now, we've done our best to keep costs low and to keep from raising your costs. But as you know, the cost of everything keeps going up and Healthcare is no exception.
Joe Employee asks, we've not had raises in 7 years, so how can you raise our rates?
Lumen response... we do raises.
Each of us have to manage our budgets accordingly to adjust for the needs of our families.
The thoughts of most everyone else... We do raises? none of us have gotten raises, except maybe 5% of the company.
I'm expecting an increase in Healthcare costs for 2024. Are you?
You may have seen the costs without insurance. Give it a few days until they update your cost.

oh really?
Any news about health care costs?
They doing the ole switch-a-roo and giving us less for the same cost only for them to brag that they didn't raise rates again?
