These managers are slicing so many hours my closing associate was sent home at 3pm so they could save hours department look like trash the next day and club manager is like what happened I kindly said go ask your closing manager y'all not throwing me under the bus.

Exactly why are they interviewing and cutting our hours to 15 hours a week after promising us full-time at the beginning of the year really makes a lot of sense doesn’t it? I can’t live off of this either. I don’t understand what’s going on, but I hope to God they get it worked out.
more money for the club manager if he is under budget. Rent, food, gas, electric has all gone up but Sam's club wants to cut our hours so they can line their own pockets. Doesn't that make you feel warm and fuzzy?
As a PM merch TL I stopped asking more of my team when they cut hours. An anytime I talked to a manager that wants me to, I tell them how can I when we cut a third of my man hours??? I have more PT then FT people so we are hurt more then the AM team by far, an you want me to ask more?!? Nope! Oh you tried to call them in when people called out?? Yeah I wouldn't answer your call either. Disrespect people an they won't respect you, pretty easy concept to understand imo.
As long as you work like a dog they will keep cutting hours, because the work is getting done with less employees
It’s everywhere our part timers are getting 10 to 14 hours a week. How can anyone live off of that. Our full timers are over worked and underpaid
