I'm sorry, but this is a bit misleading. I'm based out of Midland with XTO. I've received an average of 15% raise each of the last two years. Given, I've had good performance reviews in both these ranking cycles. I've heard some people were unhappy with their raises, but I also heard of others that were really pleased. It really just depends.

If you actually read the SEC filings the S-4 filing mentions what XOM has to pay at a minimum which equates to PXD total comp.
If he said it, must be true. But they made sure to not put in writing in any of the merger updates.
SS on day one literally said that XOM base pay is comparable to our total comp.
No one in “leadership” told you there would be a huge financial gain. That is all made up by gossip. XOM is going to be as bad as any corporation, so if money is your only motivation to do a miserable job, just move on to another miserable job that is local. Simple decision!
Just go over to the layoff exxon page and have a look for yourself. Hope you enjoy 1 and 2% raises for putting out enough work to be deemed excellent and outstanding. If you were good at your job you didn't get anything
Yep. Despite the "merger of equals" rhetoric they aren't sharing any info because frankly they don't have to. XOM are snakes and pioneer "leadership" just want their payday.
If they were being truthful with us, we would have more information. Where is this XOM town hall? They don’t give a sh-t. Just watch the SEC filings, execs are selling stock, which they wouldn’t do if the split was favorable at closing. Never trust a Sheffield, he took care of himself.

Share more information on how bad it is. We here at Pioneer were told that a huge financial gain is expected at Exxon. Are they not being honest?
