Technicians have been holding down the fort for years while these boozo’s lick each behind the curtain.

A lot of great techs are treated like sh!t. Unless you’re a skilled ar-e kisser then you’ll be promoted and treated well.
There is an issue at present in F34 where 50% of the techs in metals are off sick. The lads holding the fort are untrained and nobody gives a damn
Funny line "Technicians have been holding down the fort for years". Techs are a dime a dozen. I've only met a handful of really good ones over the years and those are worth their weight in gold. But unfortunately, most are whiners and clock watchers.

HR have made them all Equipment Techs only. Aint nobody gona be running their hotboxes. The Fab techs are sick of being dumped on, they've come outta the dugout swinging and are throwing the day2day Engineering tasks back on us too.
