So with all the pending personnel changes, pending moves to occur to Houston, and changes yet to be made by the new EMT team and Elliott, everyone will probably get a new manager which is par for the course with Clown Castle. For every year I have been with Clown, just under 10 years, I have had at least one, if not two, new managers every year while only having two job titles. How can anyone develop a long term relationship with a manager over time and work performance history with this constant reshuffling of managers/personnel. This is one HR area that needs to change. Sadly, comments like this fall on deaf ears with LN and her so-called HR professionals/team. Come on Clown Castle, can’t you do better as a large telecom company?

That's the nepos rearranging their pieces
Well, I'm somewhat glad to hear it wasn't just me. I had a new boss every 6mo on average. It was exhausting bringing each one up to speed... not to mention there was no recognition/appreciation for my team's efforts because there was no consistency above us.
I’ve had so many managers over the years that I can barely remember them all. For the longest time, I’d have a rotation of two new managers a year.
10 manager in 4 years and only changed roles twice
I’ve had 7 managers in 8 years.
Move on. Get in a different industry. Telecomm is for the birds.
