You can tell yourself whatever is needed to preserve that fragile ego. These are facts. We see it time and time again, every single work day. Rise above or float away.
Offshore middle management detected!
My favorite part is when you accuse someone else of having a fragile ego. Look in the mirror! 🤡🤡🤡
I will base my opinion on actual experience from over 3 decades. Change my mind.
I see trying to sell perceived value. My experience my has been consistent. Po-p in, po-p out. Offshore has no more real value than anyone else. They have a perceived value of being less expensive. The big rebrand is, they are also innovative, educated, cutting edge. I call that polishing a tu-d. If you say otherwise, then you are offshore, delusional, justifying removing american workers and dont want to feel like a piece of cr-p for doing it or all of the above. If you focus on cheap, you get, in general, what you pay for. And in most cases, lots of rework. Consultants have no investment in the success of a company they work for. They collect experience and pay. A few staff will be exceptional. Offshore or not. I would say out of 5 there will be 1, and they are usually female too if Indian and accenture has lots more women. After doing their time they will leave because the pay and actual pressure isn't worth it when they can go elsewhere for more with experience gained. The cycle will continue because this group only says they care about quality. They care about only a few things and perceived value has always been #1.

The last post by HR is what is po-p pathetic! The previous poster makes an excellent point, the India staff is not comprised if computer science educated people, they vocationally trained, learning a specific skill and certainly not SME level hires. In the IT area it is a fact that those shortcomings result in it taking 2-3 collaborators to complete the work of one experienced engineer, I have seen and heard it many times! So yeah HR go to work and stop trolling this site, HR is a function that can be outsourced as well!
That last response is self-talk to convince self of superiority. The real truth though is that those overseas people for the job, and you were laid off or about to be let go. Don’t be Jelly. Mud slinging is a pathetic and primitive response. No different from monkeys throwing po-p at perceived threats.
Way too optimistic on giving offshore credit for the ability to learn. These are people that are literally hired off the street with zero skill or experience, put through in-house "training," awarded in-house "certification," and then turned loose as SME's on clients who really should know better. It takes years to build experience, skill, and intuition... not to mention the other side of this which is customer service. None of them have it. Ego is pervasive amongst all of them, lacking the ability to admit fault or they simply don't know something. It takes 4+ offshore to do anything. I routinely see 4+ resources on one incident that would take a single person with actual experience and ability five minutes to complete. It takes them days. So in the end, what do they actually learn other than better Googling... and maybe not dropping that LUN next time and then pretending it was someone else? They are all chaff. Sorry, not sorry. Truth hurts.
That HR can’t even hire properly! The Indian guys they hire work a couple of years and leave, so we train them for 6months, wait for them to become productive another 6m and then the good ones leave. It means the consultants Indians are better than the offshore staff Optum hires and cheaper than the churn HR creates, so now they will make another short sighted mistake. The real problem is the bloated leadership, they just like government and too entrenched!
Better find a job with Accenture.
I beckon you come.
I am the boss and you are not!
Simple as that.
STFU 🤬 and get your lazy b-m back to work. You are not paid to whine.
What a wastage of folks time during peak season. Someone has to bell this rogue cat.
Accenture and Dell are taking over? What exactly Julie Sweet’s message n purpose was? Dell was selling his book?
Did it get cancelled? lol. Surely telling the F F games are gonna continue if it did or never got setup.
