Like the title says, is it 50% of the current pay? Also any other things included in the deal?

$100k for Level 1 and $150 for Level 2.
Another huge area for savings would be reducing severance benefits again. I have heard reductions are coming in 2024.

There also are medical benefits that play into the severance but refer to the HR One Stop document. How long and how much they pay towards medical varies on years of service. Dental and Vision end the month you are off payroll.
It also covers how much you have to pay if you want to pick up the medical plan for a longer period and in many cases it's more than 100% of the premium because they like to additionally shaft you for their overhead after giving you the boot.
As others have said, it's the normal package which is essentially 2 weeks of pay per year of service (rounded to the nearest year) with a cap of a half year of salary (13 years of service).
The severance policies are the severance policies.they are posted on HR One Stop. They are not different for any of this Wave 1, 2 stuff. Non bargained (management) tops out at 50% salary, based on years of service.
