What do you think about this? It appears Cigna will be selling their Medicare line of business to HCSC. I know they have a lot of remote employees nation wide so not sure how they would fit into HCSC.

I read on another site that HCSC did buy Cigna's Medicare Advantage but am doubting it because I haven't seen anything in the news. Anyone know anything you'd be willing to share?
Kind of like when we had the incident with IL Medicaid a few years ago?
Cigna committed fraud, that’s why they are trying to sell the business. The DOJ made them sign a corporate integrity agreement. We will have to abide by the agreement if the DOJ doesn’t agree to let us out of it. That company is riddled with problems, it will probably hurt our business if we buy them.
Anyone hear any news on the bid for Cigna MA?
Luminaire has staff all over the country.
Very interesting since HCSC only hire within the 5 states

I know HCSC is putting in a bid but aren't they competing with Anthem? Final bids due this week.
FYI I was just checking out TheLayoff site for HCSC (below). Comments imply thar company may prefer in-person vs remote work.

How do you know we are buying Cigna MA business? Thought just a rumor.
Considering the aging population, this would be an odd move on Cigna's part. Those boomers have $$$
We have telecommuters now. But HCSC will decide whether the acquisition will remain as telecommuters. Betting some will be required to go to a hybrid schedule.
