Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Last Day was Dec 1st

Received message to my email "A Phone Number, Email Address or Online Profile has been added to your Dayforce account, please login and access Profile to verify. These changes may have been made on your behalf by an administrator."

Do I need to wait for Dec 8th to access Dayforce to see the severance package. I am not able to log into Dayforce as of today and am not able to reset the password. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Why is Dayforce really laying oiff so many despite their recent growth? Did anyone get a real reason?nthis was like a blow to the stomach right before Christmas and despite my account record numbers being far above what was asked of me.

I received email from Dayforce no link to log in. I was prompted to change my security questions not my password. I think I will have to reach out to HR tomorrow.

There is very small print in the separation document we were given two months ago that says you will log in to DayForce using the link that is provided in the separation document. The employee ID you will use is the number in your Workday…not your CN number. I don’t know what my Workday ID number is!! I tried to log in to my computer but they cut off my access so I don’t know why I am supposed to do.

I called HR this morning and was told we would have access with our personal email after 12/8 so try to reset the password on 12/9 and it should go to your personal email address.

@xtd+1pUdz1NJ ** correcting myself lol.

24-72 hours time period after being laid off to change whatever we had to change and get whatever we needed to get.
Obviously it wasn’t internal systems, but it was for anything to do with payment info, benefit info, etc..

So they’re allowed to just automatically kick you out like that?
At all of my previous companies, whether fired, laid off, quit, they usually give us a 24-72 hours change passwords/ and get information that we needed before terminating our ability to access systems and emails, etc…

I had the same message. Went in to reset password. The response said I had one 1hr to change when I got email. Nothing ever came after 2 attempts. Found below in the leave instructions;

Pay and Benefits
• Final Pay and Earnings Statements. Your final paycheck for time worked through your
termination date will be paid in compliance with state/local laws in regard to payment due and
method and timing of payment.
You can view current earnings statements after you leave by visiting www.dayforcehcm.com.
Enter ‘Centene’ in the Company field. Your Username is your 6-digit employee ID tied to your
Workday profile. If you have not previously accessed the site externally, you will need to reset
your password by selecting “Can’t access your account?” prior to your last day. Please ensure
you visit MyPay to complete your security questions, which will be required to reset your
password.
