Chestnuts roasting on a wrongful termination

Y’all be careful they ain’t waiting until January
They are litteraly combing through calls searching for reasons to let people go NOW. Before Christmas. They don’t care about anyone. The cr-ppy MCO in claims is who needs to go, but I heard from a MCO they are directing them to enforce write ups and even terminations on things that they usually don’t bat an eye at. I know of 3 people gone already and one filing wrongful term due to accommodation.

Each one has kids

We do not adjust claims properly. They do not want us to adjust claims properly. We pay out SOOO much that we do not owe. Anytime I bring it up it’s shut down to just pay the claim out. Like what! I swear I feel like sometimes the way they litteraly make us adjust is illegal, being we are licensed and have a duty as well. I can’t count how many storage fees I’ve had to pay that I question and am basically told not to question. Or how many uninsured claims I’ve gotten that don’t even make sense. I am a big attention to detail person and it drives me crazy. Again, to my point it’s the direct leadership that costs this company money. They don’t want to work so they just want the claim to be done so it’s one less possible escalation.

Honestly as long as we’re not talking flat out fraud, being generous with member payouts when it's a borderline situation makes sense from a retention standpoint. Every positive anecdote I’ve ever heard from a member is some variation of “they were quick on the claim/service and didn’t give me sh-t”.

That is scary. Are they writing people up for due diligence and questioning the process?
