So almost all departments have gone over their employee satisfaction surveys but ours has not. We were honest & pointed out major problems. Of course the managers are supposed to go over them with the team & develop a plan to make things better but nobody ensures this happens. Last year we went over it because our manager had great reviews. This year was the complete opposite. This company does not care about their employees or the problems that need addressed, all they care about is money period. They don’t care if the work is being done properly either as long as their numbers look good to upper management. It’s a sad state of affairs.

Speaking for the pharmacy side of the house, the HR organization is useless. Never fails to provide an opinion but the migration to Workday was a fail, dismissing the AES results due to hybrid work model was a fail and no accountability to deliver anything.
Don't think they won't retaliate if you say too much. Seen it happen already.
Should really be renamed now as Employee Dissatisfaction Survey
Agreed 100%
