Maybe the new multimillion dollar SFS dispatch system misplaced the repair ticket? We're close to a year into that colossal failure & it will never be right. There's pages of installations & tickets for quntum, dsl, fiber to cell sites, and every service we offer that are lost daily. It's a shame the reporters didn't include the quantum name for the free advertising, nothing an anonymous email or call can't resolve.

Figures-it took an investigative reporter to get Lumen to finally make repairs. Well when a company constantly laying off good techs , this is what you get. There are large geographical areas in Lumen's footprint that only have ONE tech assigned!! Go figure. And as many of you know, lower priority has been assigned to some services such as DS0 lines.
