Those handhelds are just as bad as the radios. Members complaining because it looks like all assotiates have music in their ears or the handheld is blairing on the sales floor....members complaining not using ear buds. Lose lose situaltion.

Just like anything, members will adapt to the changing times. Earbuds have now become a social status. Members wont have an issue if you respond to their questions and needs, but if you ignore them....expect them to complain. Same as it was before ear buds. Just a different excuse to use.
These handheld are much to big. It is hard for the door greeters to use them all day long. Also, music doesn't matter. We have an associate that has their blue tooth speaker blaring on the hi lo everyday they work. We come to work in sweats and slippers in our club.
