Taking the place of open adherence and screwing over the front line employees even more. Goal jumped from 85% to 95% and is based on open phones states, meaning no more bathroom breaks, water breaks, or even ODOCing an acct extra or working EWLs outside of your off time. No longer can you change your lunch or break if you have a kid to pick up. But at least if a calls runs long and you can’t move your break you won’t be penalized. Remember the Aux 5 you could take to breathe because of back to back calls so you could feel like a human again, nope not anymore. I hate the contact center.

Is adult diapers and bed pans covered under FSA?
Hi. Wayne Weacock checking in. If I knew who the original poster was for this thread, I would give you a huge bonus. Because of your great idea, effective 01 January 2024 (whoops, I did that military style even though I was too chicken to wear the uniform), all employees will be issued adult diapers so that they never leave their workstations in an 8-hour shift. Brilliant idea. Thank you.
Sounds like the kind of thing execs would do if the long term plan was to make CC look so consistently bad compared to its impossible metrics that the only choice is to push it all to 3P.
