Would anyone mind if your colleague who has the same job title of Senior Business Analyst graduated HS in 2018 making them WAYYY younger than even 30?
What would be your train of thought on this...?

- The year someone graduated doesn't necessarily reflect age. They could have taken years off or studied part time while working.
- If they have the title, how does it matter?
- This has very little to do with layoffs. Maybe post about it on Reddit.
Basically a 23 or 24 year old with a title of Senior Business Analyst? They were hired at the position because of their expected/asking salary. Gainwell is a sink or swim environment. If they can’t do the job they will be WFR’ed or they will jump ship to another company making even more money.
