I had wellnomics defeated, but they pushed an updated that broke my defeat. I did not realize it and the next thing I know management is busting me. Wellnomics data gets reviewed at 3rd level management every week in staff right the weekly diversity overview from HR. Anyone not meeting the numbers gets a forced ergo review.

I just turn it off for IVP exercise classes and forget to turn it back on for a day sometimes. I think the breaks do actually help as I noticed that my eyes/back hurt if I forgot to use the software for too long. Taking breaks and stretching is also recommended by ergonomists outside Intel.
Just leave Intel, it's easier than getting rid of Wellnomics.
Delete everything inside the install folder, but keep the folder. Data won't be sent, but IT wont' try to re-install either.
Told to me by a friend
Management does not monitor it. I was in the red for 2 months straight with BS comments that management was cracking down on people in the red. Nothing was ever done to me.
Intel - the Soviet Union of the Tech Sector , where targets and quotas are king but results mean nothing!
Red flag

Intel makes it so easy for the competition
Repeat after me. “I love mandated breaks. I love mandated breaks.” And you’d never THINK of monkeying with the settings on those breaks that you can totally fsck up yourself without IT noticing
The wellnomics app is just another example of the insanity of Intel, it's a major productivity ki-ler.
The company breaks your legs and tells you to go faster, then they stick out their foot and trip you. Of course, it's all your fault when you fail.
I just created a batch file that runs periodically and stops the wellnomics service... Theres also a wellnomics data file that can be manipulated as well...
Actual tip: install Linux if you are able, you can get on an exclusion list
No sane engineer would work at a company that forced this BS onto their main productivity engine - their computer.
Ki-l the process in task manager then find the executable and rename it. You'll be good until the next app update at which point you can just rename the executable again.
If you uninstall it then I.T. will detect that and re-install it again.
