There are so many FNOL workers from South Africa and Mexico now. So disappointing that our American low level jobs had to be shipped out and the American workers that remained received no share of the profits. Only the executives have profited. The customers had to take rate increases too. Disgusting. This is. One reason we have so many homeless now. No low level jobs left in the USA. Shameful. Good job Allstate.

What profits? Look at the financials.
In Express several vendors are now taking inquiry calls and working tasks for contacts. All vendors are overseas and makes for bad customer service with the lack of training and language barriers.
And they are not done yet. More and more areas and even mid level positions moving to these vendor partners in 2024. We already have the plans for this in Claims and hearing other areas as well.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is writing estimates too. More work offloaded to machines come 2024. Who’s next ? Will we be told beforehand or just get subtle hints ? Machines don’t have to eat and don’t need any praise or bathroom breaks. How convenient IT in India can fix them when they break and program them until they take over the BOD.
