So the last year or so I decided to transfer to another sams club. They always say the grass ain't greener on the other side. Well dog gone it is 100%. After I left several others followed because they care about the work they do and family's they feed. But when your management just collecting a check they don't care at all. Now I hear more people are leaving. The Management has destroyed that club. I'm very happy with the management and brought all my good workers with me. We had a great bonus this year. Corporate.....start looking at your young inexperienced management that just sit around all day.

I say good for you and keep that positive attitude!
I am glad things are working out for you but... Eventually they will not. You will find sooner or later that your new managers will seem to be treating you more like the managers you left. Sure you and your new managers love each other at first but see how things go when you start needing to stand up for your self. Your love affair will wane. You will find that your new place has just as many problems as your old place. In Time.
