Saw an email that 2024 ops plans are to automate payment and such but no specific details. Does this mean they will eventually stop agents from calling or taking calls for payment and be solely online or does anyone have any knowledge?

They’ve been trying to automate all payments for 20 years. It’s way less expensive than paying someone to talk to a customer and post manually. Sometimes that backfired.
