I told my manager many times about my impact and contributions which I’m due for a raise and promo. Nothing happened in 3 months. Now I’m resigning, she told me what can I do for you to stay? I said I already accepted an offer and loyal to my commitments 😎😎😎

Run, don’t walk to your new job. Your manager’s lack of action speaks volumes. Had they valued you in the first place, they would’ve taken your concerns into account at that time. Managers (and Intel) don’t get it . . . if you continue to treat your employees poorly, they’ll move on.
There are plenty of online articles/videos from career experts that state clearly not to accept a counter offer. Hope you've read those.
If you have no intent on coming back to Intel in the future, see what they are willing to commit to in writing. This will really anger you because that money was always there. Don't be tempted. Someone already wrote this but I'll 2nd it... if you stay for a more compensation, your manager will inevitably make you train a replacement so you can't do the same thing again.
Chug chug chug!
Enjoy your return to the fast food industry.
Good decision. Don't waste time at Intel. It won't able to fabricate any more good chips with stupid managers and engineers. Congratulations to your early departure from sinking ship on the lakes.
Perception issue like smoke and mirrors?
Op good move
One smart person left and @ xfw+1pOlBJTw you du----s collecting money
@mcu+1pOlBJTw. Good decision. I saw same thing happened before elsewhere - a big raise to keep an employee is just to buy time to find or train a replacement. Once a successor has been found, you'll be laid off in no time.
Best move I ever made.....Now I actually enjoy going to work
Another one down. More job for the rest...
Me three! Happy new year!
Can't wait to be away from the doom, gloom and slowness
He-l Yeah!. One down.
Yeah, just did the same. They offered to comp me an additional 50k base, 120k RSU, and 40k one time cash to stay. I told them I appreciate the offer, but I'd rather try something new and I feel my talent and skillsets have been stagnant working at Intel. Also, when they offer big raises like that they typically keep you till you train your successors then dump you... Additionally, was annoyed they wouldn't update my title and rank with such a substantial pay raise... Too worried about hurting others feelings... HR literally said it's a perception issue.
Bad management, not technology, is Intel's biggest problem.
good for you, but no needing bragging you will be replaced before you know it. Company moves on, so should you
