Looks like someone that works from home posted for a higher position that said that they would keep their current work status if selected. Before the interview happened, the employee got informed that the posting was incorrect; they must show up to the office 3 days a week (forced hybrid). That became a no go, so the interview ended.
Stuff like this is happening because it's blessed by Dear "157% Raise" Leader and his Borg minions. Don't believe for a minute that this "error" was a mistake, it was done on purpose. Trust? Honesty? Gtfoh!
