👇 you should transfer to a non union shop. See how it all works out especially if a sale goes down. I can relate to getting paid for your performance and do sympathize with you. Problem is that in reality when they cutting you are just a number. I've seen real hard workers, I've know for years and years get cut. Truth is you have to do what's good for you. If you feel safe with no backing then put in the transfer slip.

if you call 2-2.5% better then sure lol only thing it did was give raises to people that didn't deserve it. so now I can bust my butt and get the same amount as the clown that sits at starbucks. cool
It would be interesting to see how the u ion shops made out through all of this since the start compared to non union. Did they lose the same amount of staff. Did the u ion shops lose benefits like the. Non union shops . Were raises better at the union shops ?
👇 that's why you pay the dues

Sounds like more people getting laid off as they will bring in there own people
Active destocking in supply chain management is an active decision to reduce the inventory-to-sales ratio[1] of a company. The inventory can include finished products, raw materials and goods in process. In general, active destocking is done following an autonomous, often financial decision by a company to improve its efficiency, free up cash and reduce its costs. Decisions for active destocking in general are made by financial executives or general managers.
