That's what Sarah the poets is doing just bring new people and making glamorous announcement and press releases and dumping some of the greatest people she never dreamed to have instead of trying to understand what is going on an offer some support , the politics and hr are the most toxic things on this organization, things will get much worse, it is just unavoidable and it will default to more layoffs that will have zero effect because they will have to hire back in a desperate measure to cover the disaster.
To the first reply regarding how they are doing in the Medicare LOB, the Exec. Sales team from the past few successful years all left beginning in January of this year. The new leadership felt that certain processes were no longer needed as they felt they did not work….well guess what, those processes did work as I was directly involved. New Sales Support Leadership dropped the ball big time!!! They were fairly new to the company and just wanted to make their own mark. FAILED!!!
Centene is becoming more a low class org, they shouldn't have had Sarah there, she is just sort of a talking head that cant stand firm to anything, look how poorly they are doing in medicare, just because they are all Drew's old guard from Wellcare and they don't make the needed changes in management, most areas are operating similarly, she doesn't have a backbone to do or influence on what is right.
The writer of that piece doesn't really understand the inner workings of the industry, unfortunately. It is not the job of compliance to review the organization's pricing.

Sarah is what I would call an illegitimate CEO, unqualified, no personable, no experienced, not a leader, not an operator, gossip high school style with her HR and Communication person, just a poet talking that was a lucky the prior CEO recommended her in the middle of a turbulence when they wanted to change image, the chose the wrong person.
Isn’t that Sarah’s job though? Isn’t that what she’s hired to do? I mean I’ve heard rumors at the last company she worked for she did the same thing it’s all about tearing the company down and selling it for parts.

Centene is shady and corrupt and Sarah is the worse CEO in the history of healthcare. She is delusional id--t that can't run the company.
