Ready for the town hall for those of us that are still 'lucky' enough to work at this ’great' company?

Nope, no mention at all to all the new job openings in India that magically coincide with layoff of US resources.
Did they mention all the jobs on the career page in india?
They looked like cheap used car salesmen. Big, “I dodge taxes and huff paint” energy.
Not surprised they don't know how to respond to DEI questions. When people found out I was g-y, I was repeatedly told by senior staff I deserved to "stop living" (paraphrasing for privacy reasons), and harassed by executives. An HR person who tried to intervene for me was fired immediately. They run their business like a "good ol' boys" club. You are in or out.
If anyone still thinks DEI is a 'thing' at NextGen, its not. The PE folks only care about ROI, so if you want to work for a company that is socially involved, and you've not been let go, you may want to start shopping for a new employer.
They also seemed to fumble on the DEI question posed in Q&A. Like it was a completely foreign term to them and they had to come up with an answer quickly.
This whole situation is crazy. They sent the Town Hall invite to everyone, even the employees effected by the layoffs and they have the nerve to ask the employees for $1000.00 to invest. Then they sit there eating ice cream looking disheveled. It was a awful.
I agree 100%! After I heard Thoma Bravo talk about our world class leadership team and how great of a partnership they have with them, I lost all faith. To me, the ELT is where big changes need to be made.
Thoma Bravo said straight out, they weren't directly behind any of the layoffs. All those chosen were directly picked by the ELT.
How many of you currently still employed have a much harder time because of the poor planning on layoffs that left voids in the domain knowledge space?
It really feels like the ELT needed to hit X dollars eliminate immediately. Probably to meet an EBDIDA goal and the only decision factors were expensive employees (read tenured US workers) and not A Cerner lackey.
Yeah, I'm bitter LOL
I'm not sure how I can ever trust leadership again, they're clearly in it only for themselves, and I need to take a similar path.
