What are 2024 Layoff Plans?

January and February are coming up. Soon it will be time for Anagnost-ic to celebrate a 10-15% RIF of his comparatively low-paid "average" workers.

Who knows? Maybe Anagnost will institute a different kind of unlimited vacation that doesn't require any negotiations with a Manager. Adobe is still rising!

Recruiters seem to be under unusual pressure to fill internal positions by mid February. If something has to happen, it will happen after that.
