Just logged into ADP, it does show it. I really hate the trolls on here.

Severance for the 11/2 layoff is being paid 11/28. If you have a credit union account you may have already received it. Also if you created an ADP account you’ll be able to see your upcoming pay statement.

If you returned your equipment and returned your signed waiver on 11/3. You will get severance on Dec12. There should be a calendar with your packet. Showing when severance gets paid out.

DoBetter, I hope that is just some clown's idea of a very bad joke. I don't see how it could be legal, but.... It looks like severance is paid one Tuesday a month and we missed November, so it may be December 12. They used to pay every Tuesday, but apparently that was too considerate. I emailed HR earlier this week about it, but haven't heard back.

Are they seriously not paying the severance? I was laid off earlier this year and after signing the paperwork and shipping the equipment back, I didn't miss a pay period. If this is true, it's just one more way for the 'Stream to stick it to previous employees who have already suffered enough.

You will be forced to sign the NDA to get your severance. I had a lawyer look this over and many parts are not enforceable so the document as a whole is worthless. You can also submit an EEOC claim against the company if you feel that discrimination was involved. I strongly suggest you file a claim if warranted
