Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

End game is pretty clear for Intel! Can of Whoop A$!

Anyone catch Nvidia’s quarter and next quarters forecast.

30K employees generating 18Billion! Next quarter a conservative forecast of 20B.

The accession of Nvidia will put them totally out of reach. Reminds me of Intel in the 90s when IBM, Motorola, Apple, SUN, AMD, DEC all tried and failed. The competitive situation is so stacked against Intel, ridiculously stacked.
With TSMC in technology and manufacturing and with its fabless customers little guys ( Apple, Nvidia, Qualcomm, AMD, Microsoft, )

How much did Intel employees generate?

It’s appropriate it’s Thanksgiving and we all know who the Turkey getting roasted is!

You will eventually die sooner or later. Who cares?

All ships raise TSMC and they pull further and further ahead.

Lisa was brilliant to separate AMD and focus on design and leave the manufacturing to the experts.

Without scale you can’t compete and Intel no longer has scale compared to TSMC, its end game is a certainty.

@ylh+1pIjjaTq said "Samsung is struggling."

Where did you get that impression, or are you just making stuff up astroturfing for TMG?

This was from yesterday:

@gfm+1pIjjaTq Samsung is struggling. GF is only on old nodes. They decided to not go leading edge. Who else is there? Oh yes. Intel.

@ynt+1pIjjaTq Bruh, you think INTC can manufacture someone else’s chips?! It’s not just TSMC that can make them, it is Samsung, Global Foundries, and other more competitive foundry companies with expertise in foundry! Come ‘on, bruh!!

You really think TSMC can manufacture all of those chips? Here's a clue: No, they can't, and they know it. That's where Intel future will be.

tsmc leftovers?
intel's only hope is china taking taiwan
i am pretty sure they are waiting for it

I think the person that named all Intel CPU lakes are formal AMD or TSMC spies that intend to drown Intel employees.

Nvidia will surpass Intel yearly revenue in q4.

It’s on a growth trajectory that leaves Intel in the dust as the transition from CPU to GPU is spending is in full force.

How about that meteor lake though? Lol

TSMC has way more capacity than Intel.
What are you taking about?

It can and is manufacturing all of those chips.

Realistically Intel is not trying to be #1 it just wants to be in the top 5
