I’m just so tired and unmotivated. I no longer have the drive that I used to. I see now that no matter what level of productivity you produce, most of the time the results are the same.
Idk I’m just so over it, so unmotivated. I used to want to move to different internal positions, but no longer am interested.
It’s always an excuse from management every time u question them about some kind of overdue raise or bonus, or lately even time off. It’s like they add more work and expect you to just take it and take it without any questions. And when you express yourself and question the status quo and inq about things they get so angry, or don’t answer at all, or literally berate u with “word manipulation” bc they think you wouldn’t understand them.

Yes, yes yes and yes
Sarah London is fully responsible for all the current problems in quality, they had a great leader in quality, which btw improve the quality score this year, and rumors has it she replaced it with a guy that it is a bully, jerk that can't handle the job and all it does is yelling at people, just because biased lies and gossips through hr about that person, Centene hr is very insidious and mediocre, now everybody in quality is just unhappy, there is no strategy in place, adding new people to the mix will not fix anything, they are just scared of mass exodus because how bad things are with London as CEO acting as a lunatic, it is clear she shouldn't be CEO, what this company has to do or the board is get a new CEO that knows what is doing,.one that can articulate the company strategy, that is transparent, not a shady, slimy back stabbing bi--h like Sarah London.
@1ets+1pHre7My Your kind words will not be forgotten. Thank you.
I hope all of you are able to find a position for a company that values you as a human and not as just another disposable waste.
I'll do one better. I'm tired of the entire industry and I have been in it for over 2 decades. This company has worn me down too much, even with the great team and people leaders I am lucky enough to have. But the company has turned me off of insurance completely. We are all tired and overworked, and I, for one, am sick of the horrible technology we have to swim through daily. We get paid for this by reducing pay, benefits and respect, but dumping even more work on each individual? No thanks. I'm looking outside of the health industry. It's just too crooked here.
Just remember that you are so much better than this. Your desire for personal excellence isn't being met with any consideration, respect, or proper compensation from the company or from your management. Don't "burn yourself out" waiting for them to change their ways because it will likely never happen. Do what you can to sharpen your resume, start looking around at other internal or external potential positions if you're ready for it, and apply when the time is right. You deserve so much more than to be gaslit and manipulated in your current position and Life is way too short to be miserable. I wish you all the best. Just remember to take care of yourself-at the end of the day that is what is most important.
I hit this point a few months ago. I no longer care to exceed because there’s no reward for it. No promotions, no monetary compensation or incentives, no more bonus , no too
For internal growth or transfers, mandatory overtime, unorganized or incomplete training etc etc etc. so much uncertainty these days that I just dgaf anymore. I do feel like the constant changes or strategies they try on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis is setting us all up for complete failure. This in turn hurts our members and providers. It all just bites big time.
I hate that all they do is complain about quality and then try to make us believe that it’s our fault for not providing the absolute best of the best.
How can we provide our members and providers the best possible services when the policies put in place are severely flawed and enforced by management? Like these policies literally make it hard for us to be able to actually help members and providers because there’s always some loophole in which the insurance company gets to escape without having to pay, cover, or just provide the bare minimum. And then they wonder why they’re losing providers and why mbrs don’t want to sign up for our plans.
I feel exactly the same. Very uninspired and unmotivated. The more you give the more they take. Constantly moving the goal posts with zero compensation or incentives. The part I hate the most (outside of the complete disregard for employees in general across the board) is how they complain about quality and are always claiming to want feedback (I am in claims operations) but absolutely do not listen to the people who actually process when we point out discrepancies or issues with processing. Its almost like they want to fail on purpose. Somehow people in management who may have never processed a claim or haven't processed a claim in years know better than the people doing it on a daily basis. Makes no sense to me.
