HR is meeting with some of us leaders and some of our leaders are asking us to cut from our teams. It appears no team is safe, despite how small.

YOU DO JOT NEED TO WORK HARD TO KEEP YOUR JOB. They do not care how much work you do. They do want you to shut up! On my team, the only people that did not get cut were the few, 4 who did not complain to management . Those who did complain, in order to stop the waste and inadequate work.... all laid off. Also age... if you want to keep you job at Atgem, don't get old, don't talk. Actual work is optional .

At this point, one would have to wonder if this isn't HR themselves posting these vague comments. Don't forget those who are fearful of losing their job are the same ones who will work all the harder in thinking they will keep their job.
