Hi hang, Yes I'm writing Gail an email. I was laid off so at this point I have nothing to lose. In my adventures back in the office , I have learned how broken things are in many areas within the company . Business is stressed out, I've been told there's no KT ( transfer of knowledge) because the people with knowledge are gone, new people are training new people. Managers are clueless So in doing so ( of course everything remains anonymous) I've asked if I can use their example in my email most gladly offered. So I'm reaching out today if there any broken procedures, manual procedures, bad data , We've always done it this way that causes issues.. etc. I will be happy to add to the email.. I don't know why but I feel like I need to do this email..

GB wont even see the email. She was trained well at UHG. UHG leaders see email as a liability. Its a paper system there.
I have to add good luck with the email to Gail but in my mind Gail is focused on her own career and what employees think means nothing. I bet her Administrative Assistant will get the email and Gail will never see it or simply delete it herself.
I would like to say the annual survey for the employee feedback regarding management, that is supposed to be annonomus, is not. In our department meetings we were told that it is annonomus; however, made it very clear that management would know the results of thier direct reports without their identifiable names. And they made it very clear that all must complete the surveys. In my mind, how reliable are those results when we are all scared to fill out the survey with honesty. The repercussions would be job ending.

I feel bad for everyone working here, trying to do good, giving it there all, we do have good people , smart people working here. The issue is working hard and not getting the end results that we need. The company is so focused on numbers and so disconnected I feel maybe a letter will help. I can send to the board of directors..I would need to know who they are..
