Layoff Count

Anyone know of a way to find out actual layoff counts and even better by area?

I didn't know about ADEA rules. Thanks for pointing that out!

This was a good read too:

So here's the thing. Check out The ADEA Rules. By law, NextGen is supposed to provide the list of roles and ages in your separation offer, as evidence that they are following guidelines for these type terminations. DON'T sign anything too quickly. If they don't follow letter of the law and there is a disproportionate number of employees over 40 YO terminated, we could have a strong case for age discrimination. We should not let them get off so easy.

HR probably. Even as I type this reply, the ole hermit-hick looking dried bush haired Donna Greene and her minions of yes men/women are relishing in the list given by top management.

You got a better chance of finding the one ring to rule them all then to get actual information on who/what/where is being laid off.
