Its not a big outage.
Treat it like a fiber cut.
It was a very small pocket of outage.
Lumen needs to be paid more to keep their valuable services "ALWAYS ON." This should be a catalyst in a series of REGULATORY CATALYSTS, as well as a warning to The Govt., Feds&States alike, that the internet is too important to every domestic citizen residentially and commercially so that they aren't hamstringing Lumen any further with antiquated "regulatory schemes" from POTS Days gone-by that continues to serve citizens poorly. If the Govt. wont' pay, have THE TECH COMPANIES benefitting the most pay a share of their revenues, advertising or other for "carriage" rights on The Lumen Backbone.
Otherwise, SHUT THE WHOLE GD NETWORK DOWN, and see how they like returning to THE DARK AGES!
