A big welcome to the EM family to our BTC brothers and sisters from those who’ve been on this ride and know how it all ends. Please keep your head down and your arms inside the carriage while the ride is in motion. Otherwise you could be decapitated by a low hanging PIP. No refunds to anyone whose ride comes to an unexpected abrupt stop.
“We hire for the ride” is what you get when you want to say “we hire for careers” but then the lawyers tell you you can’t say what you mean because career might imply some sort of guarantee of long term employment.
OP BTC is the cheap place now. But it won't last. Eventually another country will become cheaper and India will be in the HC10. For now let them enjoy the ride. For folks in the HC10 you have to leave right now. Exxon will find a way to fire you, pip you, whatever. get yourself out NOW.
