I no longer read emails from HR , they just get filed in an HR email folder and right click as “mark all read”. I just cannot care to hear or read anymore spewing of deceit. If they really wanted to grow, if the really wanted to have inclusion and create a diverse culture, they would not layoff solid employees, they would really truly give internal employees the first chance at promotions or changing departments to encourage “growth”. They would not act like they care about how we feel but then turn around and pile the workload on some and pink slips to others. This causes division and obviously low morale ,IMO.
Also as for the town hall , anyone else put off by the CEO labeling our members as “the poor and sick “? There are many more professional tactfully tasteful ways to word that. They are socially and economically disadvantaged unlike her and those sitting on million(s) dollar income. They don’t care that the very people working hard to serve these members are struggling almost as much while they take all the credit and cut out bonuses , internet stipend etc. after hearing that come out of her mouth, I tuned out as it turned me off.
